Accordia Onboarding Registration
Instructions

Date: July 20th - 23rd

In order to participate in the Accordia Onboarding Training, you must meet the following requirements:

1. You have participated in your 8 first appointments.

2. You have passed off your first presentation video.

3. You  have personally written or split with your manager / coordinator for a minimum of 5 cases submitted.

4. You  have personally written or split with your manager / coordinator (your share) a minimum of $7,500 target premium submitted.

 

 

If you have met ALL of these requirments, then you are eligble to register for Onboarding.

Registration instructions:

1. Download the Accordia Onboarding Registration Form. 

2. Save the file to your computer.

3. Enter your information in the form.

4. Save the file again, so that your information is saved in the form.

5. Email the file as an attachment to Courtney at courtney.burdick@ldminc.biz
